It is recommended to have your windows cleaned at least twice a year, but it may be necessary to clean them more often depending on your location and the amount of dirt and debris that accumulates.


The cost of our services varies depending on the size of your home or business, the number and type of windows,  and the type of cleaning required. Please contact us for a free estimate.


 No need to worry! We can handle hard water stains. While removing heavy mineral deposits isn't part of our standard service, if we notice any while cleaning your windows, we’ll let you know and provide you with pricing for their removal. We're here to help keep your windows looking their best!

The duration of your appointment depends on the number of windows and how they’re accessed. While appointments can range from under an hour to over a full day, we’ll provide you with an estimated time frame once we've assessed your project.  We have the experience and equipment to safely access even hard-to-reach gutters and windows, whether your property is residential or commercial. Depending on the situation, we may use lifts, fall protection, or specialized tools to ensure a thorough and safe cleaning.  In most seasons, we can clean your gutters without issue. During winter, service depends on the temperature and whether conditions allow for safe access. To ensure availability, we recommend scheduling your gutter cleaning early—our schedule tends to fill up quickly from September through November. 


 

The ideal frequency for gutter cleaning depends on several factors, including the amount of tree coverage around your home, problem areas prone to debris buildup, and how well your foundation directs water away.

  • Light tree coverage – If your home has minimal trees nearby, cleaning your gutters once or twice a year (spring and fall) is usually sufficient.
  • Moderate to heavy tree coverage – If trees overhang your roof, especially shedding leaves, needles, or seed pods, you may need cleaning three to four times a year to prevent clogs.
  • Problem areas & drainage issues – If you’ve experienced overflow, pooling water near your foundation, or known trouble spots where debris collects, more frequent cleanings can help prevent costly water damage.

  • Residential Homes – High dusting should be done every 6 to 12 months, depending on the amount of dust, pet hair, and allergens in your home.
  • Commercial Spaces – Offices, retail stores, and other businesses should schedule high dusting every 3 to 6 months to maintain cleanliness and air quality.
  • Industrial & High-Traffic Areas – Warehouses, restaurants, and spaces with high ceilings may require monthly or quarterly high dusting to prevent dust buildup that can affect ventilation and safety.

If you notice visible dust accumulation, cobwebs, or worsening indoor air quality, it may be time for a high dusting service. We can assess your space and recommend a cleaning schedule based on your needs.


 

We use multiple access methods to ensure safe and effective cleaning of high areas. Depending on the height and difficulty of access, we may use:

  • Extension poles – For reaching high surfaces safely from the ground.
  • Ladders – When stable access allows for secure cleaning.
  • Scaffolding or lifts – For larger or more complex jobs, we may rent scaffolding or a lift to ensure thorough cleaning.
  • Rope access methods – In cases where other equipment isn’t practical, we may use professional rope access techniques to clean hard-to-reach areas safely.

 Yes! While skylights may not always be accessible with traditional methods like ladders, we have the equipment and expertise to clean almost any interior window. For especially high or difficult-to-reach areas, we can discuss the best approach to ensure a safe and effective cleaning

 Yes, we use a salt blend that includes a green ice melt chemical. While it is effective for melting ice, we recommend using it in moderation to minimize any potential impact on lawns and pets. If you have specific concerns, let us know, and we can discuss alternative options. 


 Our snow removal contracts state that service begins when snowfall reaches half an inch or more. However, we don’t leave you guessing—we send out an email before each snow event to let you know if and when you can expect us. This way, you’re always informed and can plan accordingly 


 Yes! With 10 years in the industry, we understand the risks that come with hiring uninsured or unlicensed service providers. If an uninsured cleaner causes damage to your property or gets injured on the job, you could be held liable. That’s why we are fully licensed and insured—to protect both you and our team.
