Our Standard Gutter Cleaning Service
Keep your gutters flowing freely and your home protected with our professional gutter cleaning service. We remove leaves, sticks, and loose debris from your gutters and the roof areas immediately surrounding them to help prevent clogs, water damage, and costly repairs.
What’s Included:
- Removal of loose debris from gutter troughs and roof edges
- Flushing and snaking of downspouts to restore proper water flow
- Clearing walkways, driveways, decks, and other hard surfaces of displaced debris
- Safe removal of debris from the tops of gutter guards
- Optional bagging and haul-away of debris for an additional fee
Please Note:
- Gutter guards, leaf guards, and other gutter coverings are not removed – only debris on top of coverings will be removed
- Downspouts are flushed and snaked only
- Severe clogs that require downspout removal or disassembly are not included
If your home has Gutter guards, leaf guards, or other gutter coverings or downspouts that need to be taken apart to fully clear, those situations are handled through our Premium Gutter Cleaning Service listed below.
Gutter Cleaning Pricing
We price gutter cleaning based on the time needed to safely and thoroughly service your home. This allows us to fairly price everything from smaller homes to larger or more complex gutter systems.
For most one- and two-story homes, gutter cleaning can typically be completed within the first hour of service.
Standard Gutter Cleaning:
- $100 for the first hour
- $25 for each additional ¼ hour
Optional Add-On – Clean Up & Haul Away:
- $30 flat fee for debris clean-up and haul-away
- Additional $25 per full garbage bag of debris removed

This includes extended work on ladders and roof areas, careful handling of downspouts, and attention to details that ensure the system is fully cleared without risk to your home or the surrounding areas.

- $200 for the first hour of service
- $30 for each additional ¼ hour
Optional Add-On – Clean Up & Haul Away:
- $30 flat fee for debris clean-up and haul-away
