David answered any and all of my questions in a way I could understand and in a timely fashion. He was able to accommodate an unexpected fairly last minute schedule change of mine that changed our start time by an hour and still showed up on time. He was very personable and explained anything he encountered when cleaning our windows that were a need to know to make sure we were satisfied. He more than exceeded our expectations!
